RAMS D Solutions, LLC ("RAMS Labs", "we", "us", or "our") operates the KidTask Hub mobile application ("App").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use KidTask Hub. By using the App you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

KidTask Hub uses RevenueCat to process subscription payments. We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

KidTask Hub is designed for parents and guardians to manage tasks on behalf of their children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately at privacy@kidtaskhub.app and we will delete it promptly.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5.1 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that may affect your personal information we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach via email or in-app notification. We will provide details about what data was affected, steps we have taken to address the breach, and recommended actions for you to protect yourself.
5.2 Third Party Security
KidTask Hub relies on trusted third party service providers including Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat and Apple. Each provider maintains their own security standards, certifications and privacy policies. We are not responsible for security incidents originating from these third party platforms. 5.3 Gmail Security
Gmail access tokens are stored securely using industry standard encryption. In the event of suspected unauthorized Gmail access we will immediately revoke all OAuth tokens and notify affected users. You can revoke KidTask Hub's Gmail access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5.4 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activity that occurs under your account. We recommend using a unique strong password. Any breach resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials is not our responsibility.
You can access and update your account information at any time through the App settings.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time through the Smart Inbox settings. All existing tasks remain safe after disconnecting.
You can manage push notification preferences through your device settings or within the App.
You can request a copy of your data by contacting us at privacy@kidtaskhub.app.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete all associated personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytical purposes.
KidTask Hub is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document.
