Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the KidTask Hub mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using KidTask Hub, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
KidTask Hub is a family and school task management application that helps parents and guardians manage school-related logistics. Key features include:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Upon account deletion:
Includes: up to 2 parent profiles, 1 child profile, up to 10 tasks per month, and limited AI email scanning.
Designed for families with up to 5 members total — including parents and children. Includes: unlimited tasks, full AI email scanning via Smart Inbox, recurring activities, and push notifications.
Designed for larger families of 6 or more members total — including parents and children. Includes everything in Premium for 6 or more family members, plus priority customer support.
A 7-day free trial is available for new Premium and Family plan subscribers. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless canceled before it expires.
All billing is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can cancel at any time via your device settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
By connecting your Gmail account to KidTask Hub, you agree that:

Reverse engineering or disassembling the App is strictly prohibited.
KidTask Hub is intended for use by parents and guardians. You agree that you will not allow children under 13 to create their own accounts and that you have the legal authority to enter information about children in your family profile.
KidTask Hub and all its content and functionality are owned by RAMS D Solutions, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
KidTask Hub is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated task extractions. Users assume all risk for missing deadlines generated by AI errors.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAMS D SOLUTIONS, LLC (DBA RAMS LABS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR ANY ACADEMIC, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR OTHER PENALTIES OR CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM MISSED DEADLINES, TASKS, APPOINTMENTS, ACTIVITIES, OR ANY OTHER TIME-SENSITIVE INFORMATION MANAGED THROUGH THE APP, WHETHER OR NOT GENERATED BY AI.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF KIDTASK HUB—WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE—SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO KIDTASK HUB IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS LIMITATION IS CUMULATIVE AND NOT PER-INCIDENT. YOU AGREE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN RAMS LABS AND YOU.

These Terms and any dispute related to the App shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in York County, South Carolina, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND RAMS LABS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
